How to register on HiSlide.io? (EN)

(A) If you don’t have a HiSlide.io account and want to register

  1. Go to the “My Account” section.

  2. Fill out all the fields in the “Registration” form. You will need to provide a username, email address, and a strong password. After filling out the form, click “Register”.

Attention! By registering and creating an account, you agree that your personal data will be used to support your work on this site, to manage access to your account, and for other purposes described in our privacy policy.

  1. Upon successful registration, you will see a message: “Thank you for registering! Your account must be activated before you can log in.”

    Please check your email, including your SPAM folder. You can confirm your email within 24 hours of registration. After 24 hours, all unactivated accounts will be automatically deleted.
    Open your email inbox specified during registration and find the email from HiSlide.io. Attention! Sometimes emails end up in the Spam folder, so if you can’t find the email in your “Inbox”, check the Spam folder. If the email has ended up in Spam, mark it as “Not Spam”, this will help to avoid future issues.
  2. Click on the activation link.

(B) If you had a Premium account before January 15, 2023, and cannot log in to the site

We have updated our website: it has become more convenient and faster. For security reasons, we have reset all passwords for Premium users. Please use the password recovery system to generate a new password. To do this:

  1. Go to the “My Account” section.

  2. In the window that opens, enter the email address that you provided during registration or payment for your Premium account.

  3. A link to reset your password will be sent to your email. Please check your email, including your SPAM folder. If the email has ended up in Spam, mark it as “Not Spam”, this will help to avoid future issues.
  4. Follow the link and enter a new password. Access to your account has been restored.

If you had purchased individual presentations before January 15, 2023, please contact our support team and we will help you restore all your purchases. Please provide the email address you used for payment. We apologize for any inconvenience.
