I thought your service was free, right?

Yes, the hislide.io service is free. As before, you can download templates for PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote for free, but today we can offer you a license to use the templates without the need for attribution. In addition, we can offer business templates that are only available to Premium (Full unlimited access) users.

What’s the difference between Free and Full unlimited access subscriptions?

A Full unlimited access subscription allows you to download all the presentations on hislide.io for 1 year or 1 month (depending on the plan you choose). Moreover, with a Full unlimited access subscription you will be able to use the templates without hislide.io’s attribution. You will be able to use the templates for both non-commercial and commercial purposes. In addition, Premium 24/7/365 support will be available for you.

Free registering will give you access to special limited offers that will be available for free download. You will be able to use the templates for both non-commercial and commercial purposes, but with the obligatory attribution of “Free PowerPoint, Google Slides and Keynote Templates by hislide.io”. If you want full access to all presentations, premium support and the option not to indicate attribution, choose the Full unlimited access subscription.

How many templates can I download in 1 day?

You have a subscription system, but I only need access for 1 month (or 1 year). Can I cancel my paid subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Contact our support team to do this. If you forgot to cancel in time and your account was debited, you can expect a full refund within 5 days after your payment. Please contact our support team.

I want to delete my account and all associated data. How can I do that?

Please contact our support team and we will immediately delete your account and all related data to which we have access.

How do you take care of the security of my payment data?

We do not collect or process your payment card information. We use services such as PayPal and Stripe to receive payments. All processing of financially sensitive information takes place on the PayPal and Stripe side. We are only given access to basic information: customer name, country, transaction result, address (if it was specified by the customer).
