Every year, humanity needs to consume more and more energy. The reserves of our planet are limited and it’s time to think about the rate at which we consume them and in how many years, decades the reassures will be exhausted. In this case, green energy is gaining popularity. Green energy is energy from sources that, on a human scale, are renewable. The main principle of renewable energy use is its extraction from constantly occurring processes in the environment and provision for technical applications. Renewable energy is obtained from natural resources, such as: sunlight, water streams, wind, tides and geothermal heat, which are renewable (replenished naturally). In 2014, about 19.2% of global energy consumption was met from renewable energy sources.
