Maslows Pyramid of Needs

Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs is a theory that was first introduced by the American psychologist Abraham Maslow. The theory is often used as a motivational tool to help individuals achieve their goals and live a happier life. This slide has been used in presentations to illustrate how we can use Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs to motivate people and make them feel fulfilled in their work. Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs is a theory that there are five levels of human needs: physiological needs, safety and security, love and belongingness, esteem, and self-actualization.
