Premium.HiSlide.io License Agreement

HiSlide.io grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased products for both commercial and non-commercial projects. This license is for one user only, and the products may only be used by that individual.

• Premium users: Premium users have access to all premium products on Premium.HiSlide.io, as well as all free content available on the main domain HiSlide.io.
• Free users (without registration): Users downloading free content without registration are also subject to this license agreement and must comply with all applicable terms.

1. No sharing or transferring access to other users:
   The licensee (user) cannot share account access, credentials, or product downloads with other users or allow others to download or use the materials on their behalf.
2. Single-user only:
   The licensed content is granted to one user only, and downloading or using materials on behalf of others is strictly prohibited. Likewise, users downloading free content are also subject to this single-user restriction.
3. No resale or redistribution of products:
   The licensee cannot resell or redistribute the downloaded products or their modifications unless the licensee has added at least 90% value to the final product. Direct resale or redistribution of the original or minimally modified materials is prohibited.

1. Multi-project use:
   The user is allowed to use the product for an unlimited number of projects as long as all usage complies with this agreement’s terms.
2. Unlimited downloads within the subscription period:
   Premium users, while their subscription is active, may download products from Premium.HiSlide.ioand HiSlide.io an unlimited number of times.
3. Creating original products based on downloaded materials:
   The user, whether a premium or free user, is allowed to use the downloaded materials to create their own unique projects and products, which they can distribute or sell. However, the final product must have at least 90% of value added by the user to make it unique and non-derivative.

• Premium users: Premium users have full access to all premium products on Premium.HiSlide.io, as well as free content on the main domain HiSlide.io.
• Free users (without registration): Free users have access only to the free content available for download on HiSlide.io (main domain). They are subject to the same restrictions as premium users, and must follow this agreement even without a formal subscription.

If a product needs to be used by more than one person (for example, in teams with more than five employees), the organization or user must contact the HiSlide.io support team to acquire a multi-user license. Contact for multi-user licenses: hislide.io@gmail.com.

1. The licensee may not share materials or their login credentials with third parties.
2. The licensee may not create derivative products from downloaded content to redistribute or sell unless 90% of value is added by the licensee.
3. Reselling or redistributing the product across multiple accounts or using the product for third-party projects (unless the licensee is using it for their own clients) is strictly prohibited.

1. Premium users: The user may use the product throughout the duration of the subscription. Once the subscription expires, the right to download or use the product also expires.
2. Free users: The user may download free content at any time, but must comply with the same content usage restrictions as premium users.
3. The license may be revoked if any of the above terms are violated, without any refund to the user.

The user assumes full responsibility for the use of the downloaded materials and agrees to comply with all legal limitations regarding copyright and intellectual property rights under this license agreement.
