We specialize in the development and sale of digital products, including premium templates, schemes, infographics, tables, and other content for creating presentations and projects. Our Clients can utilize various materials and resources (the “Service”) to enhance their workflows on platforms such as PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, and other third-party services like Trello, Notion, and others.

We offer a wide range of digital content to meet diverse Client needs, including:

• Templates for presentations on PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides;
• Schemes, infographics, tables for data structuring and visualization;
• Guides, instructions, and educational materials for various services;
• Templates for third-party services (such as Trello, Notion, and others);
• Educational videos, podcasts, audiobooks, as well as summaries and other educational products;

We are committed to protecting the privacy rights of our Clients, their End Users, and Visitors to the website. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and process personal data received from:

1. Clients, who utilize our digital products;
2. End Users, who interact with projects created by our Clients using our Service;
3. Visitors, who simply browse our website.

We may also collect and share information about the interactions of End Users with the products of our Clients. If Clients request additional information from End Users, that data will be governed by the Clients’ own Privacy Policies. We strongly recommend reviewing Clients’ respective Privacy Policies. We bear no responsibility for the use of your data by Clients and disclaim any liability in this regard.

By using or accessing the Service in any way, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and terms outlined in this Privacy Policy, and you consent that we may collect, use, and share your information as described herein.

Please remember that your use of the Service is at all times subject to the Terms of Service, which incorporates this Privacy Policy. Any terms used in this Policy without detailed explanation have the same meanings as those provided in the Terms of Service.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Policy on the website. We encourage you to regularly review this document to stay informed about any changes.

HiSlide’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, when you use our Google Slides add-on, we access and process your Google account profile information (email address) solely to authenticate your identity, secure your login session, and verify your premium subscription status.

The add-on requests access to your Google Drive (via the /auth/drive.file scope) exclusively to create the template file it prepares for you. This scope grants access only to files the add-on creates itself; it cannot read, modify, or list any other file in your Google Drive, including your presentations. The prepared file is placed in a dedicated “HiSlide Templates” folder in your Drive, and you bring the slides into your presentation yourself using the native Google Slides “File > Import slides” feature. Files created by the add-on are temporary: files older than 24 hours are moved to your Google Drive trash the next time you use the add-on, and you can remove them at any time using the “Clean up” link in the sidebar.

We do not store, share, sell, or transfer any data retrieved from Google APIs to third-party databases, marketing partners, or advertising platforms. All data processing occurs strictly in accordance with this Privacy Policy and is limited to what is technically necessary to provide the template delivery service. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

At various points during your interaction with our Service, you may be asked to provide personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or other details. The information we collect can generally be categorized as either Anonymous Information or Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

Anonymous Information
Anonymous information refers to data that cannot be attributed to a specific individual. For example, we may know that thousands of people viewed this Privacy Policy, but we do not know their names, addresses, or birthdates. The data we collect from such visits constitutes anonymous information. You are not required to provide any personal information to access certain parts of our Services, and users who choose to access our services without registering or personalizing their experience remain anonymous to us. The only data we collect about these users is anonymous information.

Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
Personally Identifiable Information refers to data that can specifically identify you, such as your name, email address, phone number, or billing details. For instance, if you download a product from our website or log in to the Service, our system will “recognize” you, allowing us to tailor our service to better meet your needs.

This information does not identify individual users and helps us analyze trends, administer the website, track users’ movements across the site, and gather demographic information about our audience in general. In some cases, we may link certain anonymous data to specific Personally Identifiable Information (PII) once you decide to log in or create an account.

Personally Identifiable Information Collection and Use
If you are a Client and you register on our Website, we may request certain Personally Identifiable Information such as:

• First and last name,
• Company name,
• Email address,
• Billing address,
• Credit card information (processed securely via third-party providers).

You can review and update this information through your dashboard by logging into your account.

Your Rights Regarding Personal Data

1. Deletion of Personal Information:
   You may request the full deletion of your Personally Identifiable Information from our servers at any time by submitting a request via our online Support form. However, please note that we cannot delete information related to financial transactions. In accordance with Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and requirements by EU Directive 2011/83/EU, as well as related tax and accounting regulations, we must retain transaction information for a period specified by law (typically 6-10 years, depending on the jurisdiction). This information is stored securely by the payment processors we use, and we only have access to general transaction data without the specific details of your payment methods.
2. Access to Personal Information:
   You may also request a copy of the Personally Identifiable Information we have collected about you by using the online Support form.

We do not access the content you upload to the Service unless required to assist with certain limited technical issues or unless legally required to do so. The content you upload or provide is stored solely to grant you access to the necessary features and functionality of our Service.

Third-Party Involvement and Transaction Data
We may share some Personally Identifiable Information with third parties that help us operate the Service (such as website hosting providers, email providers, payment processors, and analytics companies), but their use of this information is limited strictly to assisting us in providing the Service. Apart from situations outlined in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell or rent Personally Identifiable Information to third parties.

Payment Systems: PayPal and Stripe
If you choose to complete a transaction using PayPal or Stripe, you will provide your payment details (including credit card or other account information) directly to these providers. Your financial details (such as credit card numbers, electronic wallets, or payment account information) are not stored on our servers, and we do not have access to such information. The handling of your financial information will be governed by the respective Privacy Policies of PayPal and Stripe, which we recommend you review before completing any transactions.

Location Data
If you choose to allow a website to collect your location data, it may become available to the applicable Client. Additionally, if you have connected accounts on Social Networks such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ or others, your Social Network identity (including your public profile pictures) may be associated with your location data. For End Users who submit a “Do Not Track” request via their web browser, while we may still collect basic browsing data for purposes of improving security and generating site statistics, we will generally not track their online activity across other websites.

Data Controller
HiSlide is the owner and data controller of the information collected through the Service.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your country of residence, where greater). If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under the applicable age without verified parental or guardian consent, we will take immediate steps to delete such information from our records.

HiSlide is committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union, including Article 8 on the protection of children’s data, as well as the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States. Under GDPR, the processing of personal data of individuals under 16 years of age requires parental consent, although certain countries may lower this threshold to no less than 13 years old. In Finland (our jurisdiction), this threshold is 13 years.

Because we do not knowingly collect personal information from children, HiSlide does not hold or disclose any such information to third parties.

General Use
We use Personal Information for a variety of purposes in order to provide and improve our Services:

1. For Clients:
   We collect and use personal information primarily to provide the Services, manage your account, and communicate relevant updates or changes related to your activity. This includes contacting you regarding new product versions, service offerings, or other updates that are important to your experience with HiSlide.
2. Communication via Form or Email:
   If you contact us by email, through a contact form, or during registration, we may retain your contact information and message to respond to your inquiries. Additionally, we may use the information you provide to send details about the Service, such as product updates, offers, or other pertinent communications.
   Should you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive such communications, you can opt out by contacting us at hislide.io@gmail.com or by using the “unsubscribe” link available in marketing emails. We will promptly remove your information from our marketing distribution list upon receipt of such a request.

Access to the personal data is strictly limited to authorized personnel who are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of such information.

Despite our best efforts to secure your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security of our systems or prevent all forms of unauthorized access (for example, hacking or data theft). In the unlikely event of a data breach compromising personal information, we will notify both you and the relevant authorities in accordance with Article 33 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.

Your account is protected by a password, which is essential for your privacy and security. To ensure the safety of your Personal Information, you must create a strong password and take appropriate measures to safeguard it by:

• Log out after sessions, and

Service Providers
We may engage third parties to assist in the operation of our website, authentication of users, and provision of products and services, such as the delivery of purchased digital content. In doing so, we may share your Personally Identifiable Information with our service providers, vendors, suppliers, and other third parties who provide services in connection with the operation and delivery of the Service. This may include:

• Authentication providers,
• Mailing list hosting and email service providers,
• Analytics companies,
• Distribution companies, and
• Other similar providers.

These third parties are only provided with the Personally Identifiable Information necessary for them to perform their services on our behalf and are required to process that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR regulations. Non-identifiable Aggregate Statistics

This data is anonymous and does not identify any individual Client or User. In the event that HiSlide undergoes a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your Personally Identifiable Information may be disclosed or transferred as part of the transaction. Potential events could include:
