Payments for subscriptions on HiSlide.io are processed through PayPal or Stripe. All payment information is securely stored on the side of PayPal or Stripe, and HiSlide.io does not store any payment details directly. Your subscriptions will automatically renew using the payment method you selected during registration, unless you cancel the renewal via your payment provider.
Subscription Types
- 6-Month Subscription:
This subscription is valid for 6 months. At the end of the paid period, the subscription automatically renews unless it has been canceled. - 12-Month Subscription (Annual):
This subscription is valid for 12 months and will automatically renew at the end of each paid period. - Lifetime Subscription:
A one-time payment that grants you lifetime access to all current and future products available on HiSlide.io, with no need for renewal.
Access to premium.hislide.io for hislide.io users with an active subscription
If you have an active paid premium subscription on the main hislide.io site, you will also have access to all content on the premium.hislide.io platform without the need for an additional subscription, provided you complete the following steps:
- Agree to the site’s terms: Before accessing premium.hislide.io for the first time, you will need to confirm your agreement with the site’s Terms and Conditions.
- Log in using your hislide.io email: To access premium.hislide.io, you need to log in using the same email address you used for your registration on hislide.io.
- Set a new password: Since all passwords are stored in encrypted form and cannot be restored, you will need to create a new password for premium.hislide.io through the password reset function using your email.
Access to Products
After a successful payment, you will receive unlimited access to download all materials available on the HiSlide.io platform according to your chosen subscription:
- To access your content, log in to HiSlide.io using your email and password specified during registration.
- If you forget your password, you can recover access through your account settings.
- All products available to you (including new releases within your subscription) can be downloaded multiple times.
Please note that your use of the downloaded materials is governed by our License Agreement (read it here). We encourage you to review the document carefully before using the products.
Subscription Renewal and Management
- Automatic Renewal:
Subscriptions for 6 and 12 months automatically renew at the end of the subscription period. You can cancel the auto-renewal through your PayPal or Stripe dashboard, or by contacting our support team using the form available in the Support Section. - Cancellation:
Upon canceling your subscription, you will retain full access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle. Once the subscription expires, access to future downloads and content will be denied unless you renew your subscription.
