Refund Policy

HiSlide.io delivers digital products to users instantly after payment via access to the platform. Once access to a subscription is granted, product delivery is considered complete, whether or not the user downloads specific files. The policy is outlined as follows:

1. Delivery is completed upon access:
   Once access to the platform is provided, the entire product library becomes available. HiSlide.io does not track how or when users download specific products since materials are immediately available, and users manage their own download preferences.
2. No right to withdrawal:
   According to Directive 2011/83/EU, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to digital content once the performance has begun with the user’s consent. By subscribing to HiSlide.io services, users consent to immediate access to the content and waive any right to request a refund for the products.

If you have an auto-renewing subscription that was purchased before June 19, 2023, you are eligible to request a refund within 5 days of the automatic renewal of your subscription.

• Refunds are only available for the portion of the subscription that was automatically renewed.

For all other subscriptions, including those purchased after June 19, 2023, our strict no-refund policyapplies. Refunds are not provided once access to the products is granted, regardless of use.

1. 6-Month and 12-Month Subscriptions: Once access to the products is granted or they are downloaded, no refunds are issued. Canceling your subscription will stop future payments but will not result in a refund for the unused portion of the current subscription period.
2. Lifetime Subscriptions: Since the Lifetime Subscription offers immediate and ongoing access to all current and future products, it is non-refundable.

Subscriptions on HiSlide.io are offered in fixed time frames — 6 months, 12 months, or lifetime. If you choose to cancel your subscription at any point during the active subscription period, you will retain access to the products until the end of your current billing period. However, there will be no refunds for unused days. Even if you used the subscription for only one day, the subscription remains active for the entire paid term, and no refund will be issued for the remaining time.

In the case that the user chooses to delete their account, the subscription will terminate immediately, and all access to the products will be removed. Deleting an account is considered a voluntary action by the user, and no refund will be issued for any remaining time on the subscription.

This policy exists because subscriptions on HiSlide.io are sold as a single, non-divisible product for a fixed time frame, granting full access to all offered materials at the time of payment. As such, the full value of the subscription is considered delivered upon the granting of access, even if the user cancels their subscription or deletes their account before the subscription term ends.

• 6-Month Subscription: Auto-renews every 6 months unless canceled via PayPal or Stripe.
• 12-Month Subscription: Auto-renews every 12 months unless canceled.
• Lifetime Subscription: One-time payment for permanent access to products without any need for renewal.

You may cancel your subscription’s auto-renewal through your payment system dashboard (PayPal or Stripe), or by reaching out to HiSlide.io support. After cancellation, access to the products will remain available until the end of the current billing period, but no refunds will be issued for any remaining time.

Each user is responsible for any applicable taxes on their purchases, including VAT (for the EU) or other regional/government taxes. HiSlide.io does not collect, process, or manage tax matters, as all payments are processed via PayPal and Stripe.
