Welcome to HiSlide.io, the online provider of digital products and services, including PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides templates, as well as additional tools for premium users available on Premium.HiSlide.io. These templates and additional materials allow users (“Clients”) to create high-quality presentations for their personal or professional needs, or for creating presentations for their customers (“End Users”).

HiSlide.io (Business ID 3011048-9, registered in Finland) offers a variety of services through its platform, both via the main domain HiSlide.io and its subdomain Premium.HiSlide.io, including but not limited to our browser and office extensions (add-ins). By using any of our websites, add-ins, or associated services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this agreement.

Please note that these Terms of Service apply equally to HiSlide.io and Premium.HiSlide.io, and we reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes made to these Terms will not apply retroactively and will not affect disputes or events that occurred prior to the publication of the revised Terms. We will make all reasonable efforts to notify users of any material changes, but it remains your responsibility to regularly review the Terms to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered clients, and end users, across both HiSlide.io and Premium.HiSlide.io.

By accessing our website or using our services, you expressly agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully to ensure that you fully understand each provision. The terms of this agreement are mandatory.

In addition, by using our Service, you consent to the following:

• The collection and use of personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
• You agree that any personal data you provide will be handled in full accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (for EU users) and other regional privacy regulations where applicable.

To use our services, you must either:

• Be at least 18 years old, or
• Have parental or guardian consent if you are between 13 and 18 years old.

In any case, users under the age of 13 are strictly prohibited from using our services, and we reserve the right to restrict or block access to such individuals. By accessing the services, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

If you are acting on behalf of a company or organization, you agree that these Terms apply not only to you as an individual but also to the entity for which you are acting. You further assert that you have the necessary authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

HiSlide.io offers a comprehensive range of digital products, including templates, schemes, infographics, tables, guides, instructional documents, and other tools designed to help users create professional and functional presentations on PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote, as well as other platforms such as Trello and Notion. All products are offered through paid subscriptions, delivered digitally via the HiSlide.io website.

By subscribing, users gain access to curated digital content for the duration of their subscription.

Support services are provided exclusively to Client accounts with active paid subscriptions. We offer the following guidelines regarding support:

1. Priority Support for All Paid Users:
   All users with active subscriptions are entitled to priority support via our designated Support Section. Support queries are addressed according to the subscription plan you’ve chosen.
2. Scope of Support:
   Support is limited to helping users with technical issues related to our products. We do not provide assistance with:
   – Customization or alterations to templates or content,
   – Adding or modifying functionality of the products,

1. All products are sold “as-is”, and we do not guarantee compatibility with third-party tools or services outside of our platform.
2. Expired Subscriptions:
   Users whose subscriptions have expired will no longer have access to:
   – Our premium support services,
   – Downloadable content from the platform, including newly released products.

To access HiSlide.io’s premium digital content, users are required to register an account and select a paid subscription. By registering and subscribing, you agree to the following:

1. Accurate Information:
   You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration. Should any of your personal information become outdated, you are responsible for promptly updating it to ensure continued access to the Service.
2. Consent to Communication:
   By registering, you consent to receiving communications from HiSlide.io, which may include emails, SMS, or other messages concerning your subscription and usage of the Service.
3. Account Access and Data Usage:
   By using the Service, you grant HiSlide.io permission to access your account data—such as messages, files, and any materials uploaded to the platform—from your account, solely for the purpose of providing you with services and maintaining your account.
4. Subscription Plans and License Agreement:
   You agree to adhere to the terms and conditions specific to your chosen subscription plan:
   6-month, 12-month, or lifetime subscription.

1. Each subscription allocates a specific license for individual use only. Any violation of this license, such as sharing account details with multiple users, will result in the immediate termination of your subscription without refund. For more detailed terms, refer to the License Agreement that accompanies the subscription.
2. Payments:
   All payments for subscriptions are processed via PayPal or Stripe. HiSlide.io may request additional information if necessary to verify your identity or prevent fraud.
3. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation:
   Paid subscriptions are set to automatically renew using the same payment method you initially selected unless otherwise canceled:
   – Cancelation: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time via your PayPal or Stripe account dashboard, or by submitting a cancellation request through the Support Section on HiSlide.io.
   – Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to the Service until the end of your billing cycle. Once the subscription period ends, your access to new downloads and content will cease unless you renew your subscription.

HiSlide.io respects the intellectual property rights of developers, designers, photographers, and content creators. We expect our users to do the same when interacting with the platform. Given the volume of content shared and distributed through our Service, HiSlide.io does not monitor, confirm, or take responsibility for all materials being posted or transmitted by users of the Service. By using HiSlide.io, you agree to the following:

1. Responsibility for Uploaded Content:
   You acknowledge that HiSlide.io is not responsible for content you or any other user uploads or posts on the platform. HiSlide.io reserves the right to review, verify, dismiss, delete, modify, or edit any content from the platform at any time and for any reason, without obligation or prior notice.
2. Demo Content in Templates:
   When viewing the demos of templates on HiSlide.io, you may encounter photos, videos, fonts, and other media elements used to demonstrate the template’s functionality and aesthetics. These materials are for illustrative purposes only and are not included in the final download.
   Fonts and Media: Font files are also excluded from the download, but each template description will include links to the legitimate sites where fonts or other media can be downloaded in compliance with the rights of the content owners.
3. Intellectual Property Rights Infringement:
   HiSlide.io takes claims of intellectual property violation seriously and will respond to all valid claims promptly. If you discover content on HiSlide.io that potentially infringes on your copyright, please submit a complaint to hislide.io@gmail.com, including the following information to expedite the review:
   – Subject: “Violation of copyright”
   – Your name and contact e-mail
   – The link to the content on HiSlide.io where you discovered the infringement
   – The link to the original work or any proof of ownership that can help verify the claim (e.g., original author, or source of primary content)
   – A declaration from the author or copyright holder confirming that the use of the content is unauthorized
   – A statement confirming that the information provided is accurate and complete and that the complainant is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the infringed content.
4. Handling Copyright Issues:
   HiSlide.io is committed to respecting copyright laws and will remove or block any infringing content promptly upon validation of a complaint. Users who are found to repeatedly infringe on intellectual property rights may have their accounts terminated without warning.

In order to maintain a respectful and safe environment for all users, HiSlide.io has established the following acceptable use guidelines. By using our service, you agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:

1. Offensive Content:
   Submitting materials that are offensive to the online community, including content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or any form of discrimination.
2. Harm to Minors:
   Engaging in activities or submitting materials that could be harmful to minors, including but not limited to exploitation, abuse, or inappropriate content.
3. Harassment:
   Engaging in any activity or submitting materials that harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
4. Spam and Unsolicited Communications:
   Collecting information about users of the Service for purposes of sending unsolicited mass communications or spam, including for sale or commercial purposes.
5. Deceptive or Defamatory Content:
   Posting or submitting false or misleading materials that promote illegal activities or are defamatory to other users or HiSlide.io as a service.
6. Sharing Passwords:
   Sharing your account login credentials or access passwords with any third parties, or allowing unauthorized users to access password-protected pages.
7. Pornographic Content:
   Submitting pornographic material in any form.
8. Illegal Activities:
   Providing instructional information about participating in illegal activities or promoting illegal behaviors.
9. Malware and Harmful Software:
   Submitting materials that contain viruses, malware, spyware, or other harmful components that could disrupt the Service or compromise user security.
10. Phishing or Fraud:
    Engaging in any activity that attempts to solicit passwords or personally identifiable information from other users.
11. Unauthorized Commercial Activities:
    Engaging in unauthorized commercial activities, including but not limited to sales, competitions, sweepstakes, pyramid schemes, or barter systems, without prior written consent from HiSlide.io.
12. Interference with Service:
    Using any device, software, routine, or taking any action to interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of the Service or attempt to do so.
13. Excessive Load on the System:
    Taking any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Service’s infrastructure, including the software of HiSlide.io or its service suppliers.

Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed above constitutes a violation of these Terms of Service. HiSlide.io reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions if a breach occurs:

1. Warning or Suspension:
   Users may receive a warning or have their account temporarily suspended if they are found to be in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Account Termination:
   HiSlide.io may terminate the account of any user who engages in repeated or severe violations of these Terms, with or without notice, and without the possibility of refund for any remaining subscription or prepaid term.
3. Legal Action:
   In cases of severe abuse or violations that constitute illegal activity under applicable law, HiSlide.io reserves the right to pursue legal action against offenders. This may include reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

By using the Service, you affirm that you will not use HiSlide.io in violation of any laws or these Terms of Service and acknowledge that non-compliance will result in appropriate consequences.

HiSlide.io may provide public interaction areas such as forums, blogs, and comment sections where users can share their opinions, ideas, and feedback. These spaces are intended for users who are 18 years old and older. By using these forums, you agree to the following terms:

1. User Responsibility for Content:
   – Users are encouraged to express their views and opinions, but HiSlide.io does not warrant or verify the accuracy, reliability, or truthfulness of any advice, opinion, or information posted.
   – Use your best judgment when participating in discussions and interacting with other users. HiSlide.io is not responsible for the consequences of relying on any information provided by other users in forums or blogs.
2. Prohibited Language and Content:

HiSlide.io reserves the right to monitor activity within its forums, blogs, and comment areas and may take the following actions if the rules are violated:

1. Content Moderation:
   HiSlide.io can modify, delete, or edit any posted content without prior notice if it violates these community guidelines or other platform policies.
2. User Warnings and Suspension:
   If a user repeatedly disregards the rules of conduct or posts inappropriate material, the platform may issue warnings, temporarily suspend the user from participation, or permanently ban them from the forums.

HiSlide.io may provide links to third-party websites or services on the pages of the platform, as well as in the accompanying documentation for our digital products and templates. These links are provided solely for your convenience and reference.

Please note the following:

1. No Liability for Third-Party Content:
   HiSlide.io does not have control over the content, information, products, software, or services hosted on these third-party websites, and we make no guarantees regarding their accuracy, reliability, or availability.
2. Use at Your Own Risk:
   Interactions with third-party websites or the use of any products or services they offer are entirely at your own risk. HiSlide.io assumes no responsibility for any consequences resulting from your use of third-party websites or resources.
3. Third-Party Privacy Policies:
   When you access third-party websites or services, you are subject to their privacy policies, terms of service, and other legal agreements. We strongly encourage you to review the policies of any third-party sites you visit to ensure your data and privacy are adequately protected.

By using HiSlide.io and its services, you expressly state and warrant that:

1. Authority and Rights:
   You have all the necessary authority, rights, and permissions to use the Service, including any products or content provided through HiSlide.io.
2. Accuracy of Information:
   Any information that you provide to HiSlide.io is accurate, current, and complete, and your use of the Service does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
3. Compliance with Third-Party Agreements:
   Your use of the HiSlide.io Service does not violate any contractual agreements you have with any third party, including but not limited to nondisclosure agreements, intellectual property agreements, or any other binding obligations.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HiSlide.io, its owner, developer, and any affiliated entities from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, expenses, and losses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

1. Your Breach of Agreement:
   Any breach of this Agreement’s terms or your violation of any rights of a third party, including intellectual property rights.
2. Unauthorized Use:
   Your unauthorized or improper use of the Service, including infringement of any third-party rights and/or violation of applicable laws and regulations.
3. Content and Data You Provide:
   Any claim resulting from content, information, or data that you submit or otherwise transmit through the Service.

In the event of any such claims, HiSlide.io reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate fully in the defense of any such claim.

HiSlide.io aims to ensure that all templates, services, and information provided are accurate and reliable. However, from time to time, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to make changes, adjustments, or improvements to the information provided, without prior notice.

All templates, software, content, and related products on HiSlide.io are provided “as-is”. This means the following:

1. No Warranty:
   HiSlide.io and its developers make no warranties or representations whatsoever regarding the templates, software, products, services, or content available on the website. This includes, but is not limited to, the accuracy, reliability, quality, and fitness for a particular purpose of the provided materials.
2. User Risk Acknowledgement:
   By accessing and using the templates or services, you acknowledge and agree that you are doing so at your own risk. HiSlide.io disclaims any and all liability for damages that may arise, directly or indirectly.
3. Limitation of Liability:
   Under no circumstances shall HiSlide.io, its owners, developers, partners, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages that arise out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
   – Loss of profits or revenue,
   – Loss of data,
4. Additionally, HiSlide.io is not responsible for damages arising from the inability to access the Service due to technical or security issues, delays, errors, or any unforeseen interruptions.

HiSlide.io does not bear responsibility for errors or delays resulting from:

• The submission of an incorrect or invalid email address during registration or when contacting support,
• Technical circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as server issues, downtime, or other unavoidable technical disruptions.

In all cases, it remains your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is complete and accurate to facilitate uninterrupted interactions with HiSlide.io services.

HiSlide.io offers a variety of paid subscription plans for accessing our digital products, including:

• 6-Month Subscription
• 12-Month Subscription (Annual)
• Lifetime Subscription (one-time payment for permanent access)

All subscriptions grant users access to a wide range of digital content, such as templates, schemes, infographics, guides, and other materials across various platforms like PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, and more. Your access and rights are tied to the subscription type you choose during your registration.

Free Content Available Without Registration

HiSlide.io also provides a selection of free content that can be downloaded by any user without the need for registration. This content includes templates and tools, which can be accessed and downloaded directly from the main domain HiSlide.io.

• User Agreement:
  By downloading free content, users agree to comply with all Terms & Conditions, as well as other policies of the service (such as Privacy Policy, DMCA Policy, and Cookie Policy). Just like with premium content, all users must observe the rules of the platform, which apply equally to free and paid users.
• Consent to Terms:
  By remaining on the website and downloading free content, you acknowledge and accept HiSlide.io’s Terms & Conditions and Cookie Policy. By accessing, browsing, or downloading any materials, the user consents to all policies enforced by HiSlide.io. This includes agreeing to our use of cookies in accordance with our Cookie Policy, which will be displayed through a banner notification.

1. 6-Month and 12-Month Subscriptions:
   These subscriptions are time-limited but set to automatically renew at the end of each term. The payment method you select during the initial purchase (via PayPal or Stripe) will be charged automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You will receive reminders about the upcoming renewal via email.
   – Cancelation:
   You can cancel your subscription at any time in the following ways:
   A. Access your Stripe or PayPal account dashboard and cancel the auto-renewal directly.
   B. Submit a cancellation request via the Premium.HiSlide.io Support Section.
   – Even after cancelation, you will retain full access to our services until the end of the current paid period. After this period ends, your account will revert to free status, and you will no longer have access to downloads, including new products.
   
2. Lifetime Subscription:
   This is a one-time payment that grants you permanent access to all current and future products on HiSlide.io. No additional renewals or payments are required after the initial purchase.
   Your lifetime subscription applies not only to the products currently available in the catalog, but also to any new products and updates released during the lifetime of the service, ensuring you continue to have access without further payments.

Due to the nature of digital products, once access to content is granted or it has been downloaded, refunds are not possible. This policy ensures the protection of our intellectual property and prevents unauthorized use of materials. However, based on different subscription terms, we follow the refund policies outlined below:

Refunds for Subscriptions Purchased Before June 19, 2023:

If you purchased a subscription with automatic renewal before June 19, 2023, you have the option to request a refund within 5 days of your subscription’s automatic renewal.

• To request a refund, please contact our support team through the support form on our website or by emailing us at hislide.io@gmail.com.
• Refunds are only available for the portion of the subscription that was automatically renewed, and only if no product downloads were made following the renewal.

Refunds for Subscriptions Purchased After June 19, 2023:

For all subscriptions purchased after this date, a strict no-refund policy applies.

1. 6-Month and 12-Month Subscriptions: Refunds are not provided once access to the products is granted or any products are downloaded. Canceling your subscription will stop future payments but will not result in a refund for the unused portion of your current subscription term.
2. Refunds for “Lifetime” Subscriptions: Since the lifetime subscription provides instant and ongoing access to all current and future products, it is non-refundable.

Submitting a Refund Request

To request a refund, you can reach out either via the support form on our website or by emailing us at hislide.io@gmail.com. We will respond to your request within 24 business hours.

All payments for HiSlide.io subscriptions are securely processed through PayPal or Stripe. You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes relating to your purchase. HiSlide.io is not responsible for collecting, transferring, or advising you on any state, federal, or provincial taxes that might be required in your jurisdiction.

If you request the deletion of your personal data, your account will be permanently deleted along with access to your subscription, even if there is any remaining active period. Deleting an account is irreversible, and no refunds will be provided for unused access following account deletion. If you want to regain access, you will need to create a new account and purchase a new subscription.

HiSlide.io reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to the Service, including any paid subscription, at any time, and without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

1. Breach of Terms:
   If you violate these Terms of Service, including but not limited to:
   – Misuse of the platform,
   – Violation of intellectual property rights,
   – Hosting or sharing inappropriate or malicious content,
   – Sharing your account with multiple individuals in contradiction to our License Agreement.

1. Violation of User Rights:
   If your behavior violates the rights of other users or engages in conduct deemed harmful to the Service or its community.
2. At Discretion:
   HiSlide.io also reserves the right to terminate your access without any specific reason, limiting future access to your account or any content you may have downloaded.

Upon termination, your account will be deactivated, your active subscription canceled, and all access to the Service, including future product downloads, will be revoked.

1. Unsubscribe from Communications:
   You can opt-out from HiSlide.io’s future communications at any time by:
   – Delivering a written request via email to hislide.io@gmail.com, or
   – Using the “Configure E-mail” link or the “Unsubscribe” link provided in any HiSlide.io email.

1. Please note that unsubscribing from communications does not automatically cancel your subscription, which must be done separately through your PayPal, Stripe, or by contacting our support team.
2. Cancellation of Subscription:
   If you cancel your subscription, you will maintain access to the Service and products until the end of your paid period. Afterward, your account will be downgraded to a free status, and access to subscription-only content will be removed.

HiSlide.io reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part or all of the Service. This includes:

• Changes to features,
• Modification of paid and free content offerings,
• Discontinuation of certain tools or components of digital products.

HiSlide.io holds no liability to you or any third party for any changes to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes indicates your acceptance of the modified features or terms. In the event of Service discontinuation, no refunds will be issued for any zero-cost (free) accounts or any remaining time on any subscriptions, unless legally required.
