5 Steps of the OSCAR Coaching Model

This slide presents the OSCAR coaching model as a target icon connected by lines to five equal cards, each with its own header color. The cards cover Outcome, Situation, Choices, Action and Review, and each has a text area explaining the coach's role at that stage. It is used in coaching programs, leadership training, mentoring sessions and HR workshops to explain how a coaching conversation is structured. The title, stage names, descriptions and colors can all be edited, so the same layout can be adapted to another five-step process.
