7 Stage Process Roadmap Template

About this template

This roadmap slide shows seven stages along a U-shaped road instead of a straight timeline. The path starts at the bottom left, climbs through stages 1 to 3, turns over the top at stage 4, and descends through stages 5 to 7 to a closing arrow. Each numbered, colour-coded marker connects by a dotted line to a heading and a short description. A central panel with a mountain-and-flag icon suggests a goal. Use it for project plans, strategy rollouts, product launches or milestone reviews. All text blocks, markers and colours can be edited, and the blocks can be duplicated or deleted.
