A Coaching Model in Early Intervention

This slide combines a short introductory paragraph with a five-row, five-column table, so a coaching model can be defined and broken down on one page. Each row covers one strategy: joint planning, observation, action, reflection or feedback. The columns give its definition, who is involved, when it occurs and related strategies or extra information. The header cells use different colors to separate the columns. It suits early intervention training, caregiver coaching sessions, and provider development workshops. The title, paragraph, table text and cell colors can all be edited, so the rows can be reworded for other coaching or training frameworks.
