This slide lays out the Adaptive Project Framework as five connected stages with a dotted loop-back, so the repeating cycle is shown as well as the order of steps. The stages are Project Scope, Cycle Plan, Cycle Build, Client Checkpoint and Final Review. Each has a colored header and a card of bullet tasks. A note at the top says to repeat until the time and cost budget are used up. Use it to explain an iterative project approach, brief a team on cycle activities or train staff on the method. Stage names, task lists, the loop note, colors and arrows can all be edited.
