Agile Method Concentric Circles Overview Strategy Release Iteration Daily Continuous

About this template

This slide shows the agile method as five nested semicircular arrow rings instead of a flat list or a single loop. Each ring is a planning level (Strategy, Release, Iteration, Daily, Continuous) and carries its own practices, such as Charter, Backlog, Retrospective, Standup and TDD. A dotted outer circle holds the values and visibility metrics, and two arrow callouts frame the diagram with 'Agile is…' and 'Working Software'. The left column holds a short explanation of agile and the Agile Manifesto. Use it to introduce agile to a team, explain how planning levels relate, or outline Scrum and Kanban practices. All text, colours and shapes can be edited.
