This slide lays out the Analytical Hierarchy Process as a three-level diagram: one goal box, three criteria boxes and three alternative boxes, with connector lines from the goal to each criterion and from each criterion to every alternative. Labels on both sides name the levels (Level I to III) and their roles (Goal, Criteria, Alternative), and an arrow marked General runs along the right edge. It suits multi-criteria decisions, stakeholder prioritisation and option ranking. The box text, level labels, title and colours can all be edited, and boxes can be moved or resized to fit your own criteria and alternatives.
