This slide presents three Belbin action-oriented team roles in one table, with each role marked by its own colored cell. Rows cover the Sharper, Implementer and Completer Finisher. Columns list characteristics, strengths, allowable weaknesses and not-allowable weaknesses as short dash bullets. It suits team-building sessions, HR and management training, onboarding and discussions on how to balance a project team. The title, column headings, role names and bullet text can all be edited, and the role colors can be changed. Rows can be adapted to other Belbin roles or to a different team model.
