This slide arranges the nine Belbin team roles as hexagons in three color-coded clusters of three, one cluster each for thinking-oriented, action-oriented and people-oriented roles. Every hexagon carries an icon, a role name and its abbreviation, and a label sits under each cluster. A title and a short intro paragraph appear at the top. Use it to explain the Belbin model, plan team composition, run team-building or HR workshops, or discuss how roles are shared among team members. Text, colors and icons can all be edited, so the slide can be adapted to other three-group models.
