This slide shows Belbin's team roles as a ring of 9 segments, coloured in three groups of three, with an icon on each segment and the role name and abbreviation inside it. The model title sits in the centre circle. A short intro paragraph is placed on the left, and a list of the nine roles with alternative names such as Idea generator, Motivator and Diplomat is on the right. Use it for team building sessions, HR and management training, project kickoffs and discussions of how a team is composed. Role names, the intro text, the list and the segment colours can all be edited.
