This slide sorts the nine Belbin team roles into three colour-coded columns, one each for thinking-oriented, action-oriented and people-oriented roles. Each column has a header with an icon and three role boxes below it, labelled with the role name and its abbreviation. An intro paragraph under the title explains the model. Use it in team building sessions, HR training, project kickoffs or management workshops to show how roles divide across a team. All text, colours and icons can be edited, so you can rename roles, add short descriptions or adjust the grouping to your own approach.
