This slide lays out Belbin's Team Roles Model as three colour-coded columns with three roles each, so all nine roles are visible on one page. Each column has a vertical category bar (Thinking-Oriented, Action-Oriented or People-Oriented Roles), a rotated role label with its abbreviation, and a white card with a one-line description. It is used for team building sessions, HR and management training, project kickoffs and discussions of how a team is composed.
