Belbin's Team Roles Model Roles with Key Traits

About this template

This slide shows Belbin's Team Roles Model as nine roles in a zigzag row of alternating dashed triangles, each with its own gear icon. Every triangle carries the role name and abbreviation, plus a short description of the role and its risk, placed above or below the triangle. Gears are colored orange, purple and blue. Use it for team building sessions, HR and management training, project kickoffs and discussions of how a team is composed. The role names, descriptions, risk notes, icons and colors can all be edited, so the slide can be adapted to a different team model or to your own role definitions.
