This slide shows the Burke-Litwin change model as 12 colour-coded boxes in a layered layout, joined by two-way arrows and an outer feedback loop that runs from performance back to the external environment. The top box is External Environment and the bottom box is Individual & Organizational Performance. Strategic, operating and individual factors sit between them. A text panel on the right introduces the model and explains its levels, from macro to micro. Use it for change management training, organizational diagnosis, consulting presentations and business courses. Box labels, colours, arrows and the explanatory text can all be edited.
