Burke-Litwin Model Transformational and Transactional Factors

This slide shows the Burke-Litwin change model as 12 colour-coded boxes in three horizontal bands, connected by two-way arrows and an outer feedback loop from External Environment to Individual & Organizational Performance. The bands separate transformational factors, transactional factors and individual and personal factors, so each group of drivers is easy to see. Use it to explain how an organization changes, to diagnose gaps between culture, leadership, structure and motivation, or to structure a consulting or training session. Box labels, band titles, colours and arrows are editable, so you can rename factors or adapt the model to your own case.
