This slide stacks five colored pill-shaped levels in the center, from Level 1 Ad Hoc up to Level 5 Strategic partner. It sits between two overlapping ovals that separate the business perspective on the left from the peer or provider perspective on the right. Small grey labels between the levels name the step needed to move up, for example embracing continuous improvement or establishing demand management discipline. It is used to assess and explain how a relationship between a business and its service provider matures, and to plan the next improvement step. All text, colors and shapes can be edited, so the levels, statements and transition labels can be replaced with your own.
