CLEAR Transformational Coaching Model

This slide lays out the CLEAR coaching model as five equal vertical cards, each headed by a colored circle with one letter of the acronym. Every card has an icon above the circle, a stage name below it and a short paragraph of description. The stages are Contracting, Listening, Exploring, Action and Review. Use it to introduce a coaching method, walk clients through a session structure or teach the model in coach training. The title, letters, stage names and descriptions can all be edited, and the circle colors and icons can be changed to match your own framework or brand.
