This slide compares your business with four competitors in a single checkmark table, and one competitor column is framed in a darker outline to draw attention to it. Eleven criteria run down the left, from price and quality to market share, recognition, innovation and company size. Each column has its own colour and checkmarks. A total rate row adds up the checks, and a market position row labels each business, for example niche supplier, contender or market leader. Use it for competitor assessments, strategy reviews and market positioning discussions. Criteria, business names, checkmarks, totals and labels can all be edited.
