Complex 6-Set Cross-Functional Process Venn Diagram

About this template

This slide arranges six overlapping circles in a ring, with the overlap between each pair of neighbours marked A to F and a centre label for the diagram title. The circles are numbered 1 to 6 and sit inside a circular arrow band that suggests a continuous cycle. Three text blocks on each side hold a heading and a short description. Use it to show how six functions, themes or stakeholder groups share common ground, or to explain a six-part process whose stages connect. Circle colours, numbers, letters and all text are editable, so the structure can be adapted to your own content.
