Crisis Management Pyramid

This slide combines a four-level segmented pyramid with a text block, so a crisis management definition and the severity levels appear side by side. The levels run from Routine Exposure at the base through Significant Event and Major Event to Crisis at the top. Each level has a different colour and a dotted line linking it to a one-line description. It suits crisis management plans, risk escalation overviews, incident classification and business continuity or training sessions. The title, paragraph, level names and descriptions can all be edited, and the pyramid shapes can be recoloured to match your own material.
