Crisis Management Team Structure

This slide shows a crisis management team as a hub with eight rounded pentagons around one central circle, each linked to the centre by an arrow. The pentagons come in four colours, two of each, so related roles can be grouped by colour. Each pentagon holds one role: CEO, government official, counsel advisor, shareholder representative, frontline employee, public relation executive, customer representative and leaders of all departments. A title and a text block on the left explain crisis management and its response areas. Use it to present who takes part in crisis response and how each role connects to the team. Role names, descriptive text and colours can all be edited.
