This slide compares four change management models in four stacked rows of colored chevron arrows, so the phases of each model can be read against the others. The first row shows Lewin's three phases, the second the five ADKAR steps, the third a five-stage model, and the fourth an eight-step sequence. Orange, purple and blue shades mark the phase groups. A title and two paragraphs above introduce change management and organizational change management. Use it for training, consulting briefings, HR workshops or transition planning.
