Extended Stakeholder Map Analysis

About this template

This slide places a company or project in the centre of a ring of ten stakeholder circles, each marked as supporter, neutral or critic. Every circle has a matching coloured arc and a plus, grey or minus marker joined to the centre by a dotted line. A legend explains the three colours. Use it to show positive or negative goal relationships, judge attitudes to a project and decide which stakeholders need special attention. The sample roles include owner, management, employee, supplier, customer, unions, politics, public, banks and shareholder. Labels, colours and markers can be edited, so you can rename the stakeholders or change their ratings.
