Extended Stakeholder Map Analysis

About this template

This slide arranges ten stakeholder groups in a ring around a central Company or Project circle, and codes each group by attitude: supporter, neutral or critical blocker. Double-headed arrows between the nodes show the intensity of each relationship. The groups are Owner, Management, Employee, Supplier, Customer, Unions, Politics, Public, Banks and Shareholder. A legend sits on the right and a short note on the left asks who communicates with whom and where friendships, blockades or conflicts exist. Use it for stakeholder analysis in projects, change programmes and company reviews. Group names, the centre label, the note text, colours and arrows can all be edited.
