About this template
This fishbone slide is drawn as a fish skeleton, with a tail, a head with an eye and six numbered branches joined to the spine at three points. Each joint carries one branch above and one below the spine, and each pair has its own colour: orange, purple or dark blue. Every branch has a numbered heading and two sub-labels on dots. Use it for root cause analysis, cause and effect mapping, quality reviews and problem-solving workshops. The sample text, the colours and the branch labels can all be edited, and the free layout leaves the fish head available for the problem statement.
