This slide shows the GRPI model as a four-tier pyramid with two vertical arrows beside it, one for team development and one for diagnosis of issues. The tiers are Goals, Roles, Processes and Interpersonal Relationships. Each has its own color, a dotted divider and three bullet points on the right. A title and a paragraph on the right explain why a team needs both professional and communication skills. Use it for team-building sessions, project kickoffs, HR and management training, or when diagnosing why a team is not working well. Tier names, bullet text, the title, the paragraph and the arrow labels can all be edited, and the colors and shapes can be changed.
