This slide arranges 25 hexagons in a honeycomb pattern, split into an internal band and an external band, so a project's whole stakeholder environment sits on one page. The top band has 11 orange hexagons for the direct and company environment. The bottom band has 14 hexagons in four colour-coded clusters: customer, market, social and technical environment. Each cluster carries its own label. Use it for stakeholder analysis, project kickoffs and risk or context workshops. Hexagon text, cluster labels, band titles and colours can be edited, and hexagons can be moved, copied or removed to match your own stakeholders.
