This slide uses an infinity-loop shape to join two cycles, Process A and Process B, in one figure-eight diagram. Six numbered markers are spread along the band, three on each loop, and two orange arrows cross at the centre to show how work passes from one loop to the other. It suits continuous improvement, development and operations cycles, feedback loops and any repeating process with two phases. The two centre circles hold the process labels. Text, colours, marker numbers and shapes can all be edited, so the diagram can be adapted to your own steps.
