Kanban for Project Management Template

About this template

This kanban slide splits a project into three colour-coded lanes, To Do's, In Progress and Done, with 18 task cards laid out in a two-per-row grid inside each lane. Orange flags mark cards that need attention, and check marks sit on every card in the Done lane. Use it to show where each task stands in sprint reviews, team stand-ups and project status updates. Column titles, card text, flags and check marks are editable, and cards can be moved between lanes as work progresses.
