Kotter's 8-Step Change Model Theory

This slide presents an eight-step change model as a staircase of colored arrow bars, with the longest bar at the bottom and the shortest at the top, next to a vertical arrow marked Start and Finish. Each bar holds one step, from creating urgency to embedding changes into culture. The colors repeat in a four-color cycle. On the right, a title and two text blocks give room for the background of the model. It suits change management briefings, leadership workshops, transformation planning and training sessions. Step labels, the title and the paragraphs can be edited, and the bar colors can be changed to match your own palette.
