This slide shows Kotter's 8-Step Change Model as a vertical stack of eight numbered chevrons, grouped by color into three phases: steps 1-3 in orange, steps 4-6 in purple and steps 7-8 in dark blue. A title and two background paragraphs sit on the left, and each chevron has a short label on its right. Use it to explain a change process, present a transformation plan or support leadership and management training. The step names, the background text and the colors can be edited to fit your own content or to adapt the model to a different process.
