This launch plan slide combines a four-month column header with five workstream rows in one table, and each task is a coloured bar that spans the half-months it runs in. The rows are Product, Emails, Surveys, Conference and Collateral, each with its own colour. Use it to plan a product launch, a marketing campaign or any phased rollout where several teams work in parallel.
