Lewin’s Three Stage of Change Model Unfreezing, Changing and Refreezing

This slide lays out Lewin's change model as three equal cards in a row, each with its own color, icon and bullet list. Unfreezing is orange with a flame, Changing is purple with a shuffle arrow, and Refreezing is blue with a snowflake. A title and an introductory paragraph sit above the cards. Each card holds a subtitle (Readiness to Change, Implementation, Making it stick) and a list of actions. Use it to explain how to prepare people for change, carry it out and make it permanent.
