About this template

This slide combines a three-level funnel with a branching output, so it shows both how KPIs are built and who uses them. The funnel levels are Data, Metrics and KPI's, each paired with a guiding question on the left. An arrow leads to an Actionable Information box, which splits into Plant, Operations and Corporate Management. A text column on the right holds a title and two paragraphs defining KPIs and how to choose them. Use it for performance measurement reviews, KPI training or management reporting. The funnel levels, questions, output boxes and text can all be edited.
