This slide lays out a whole supply chain in seven columns that mirror each other around a central Product box, so upstream suppliers and downstream buyers appear on one page. The left side runs from four raw material suppliers through Tier 2 and Tier 1 suppliers. The right side runs through wholesale sellers and retailers to four end customers. Connector lines show which level feeds the next, and dotted dividers carry the Tier 2, Tier 1, Wholesale and Retail labels. Use it for supply chain reviews, supplier tier mapping, distribution planning and logistics briefings. All boxes, labels, colours and connectors can be edited, and boxes can be renamed or removed to match your own chain.
