This slide lays out Theory U along a single U-shaped curve with 12 labelled markers, six on the way down and six on the way up, instead of a plain list or linear flow. A pale arrow through the middle holds four stages: open mind, open heart, open will and a search for connections to new things. An orange circle at the base of the U asks "Who is my Self? What is my work?" Use it for change management, leadership programmes, coaching sessions and innovation workshops. All labels, markers and the arrow can be edited, recoloured or repositioned to suit your own process wording.
