This slide places the crisis management team in a central circle and surrounds it with 12 colour-coded boxes joined by arrows. Purple boxes mark leadership (CEO and leaders of all departments), dark blue boxes mark representatives, and orange boxes mark the groups they represent, such as shareholders, customers, employees and government. Use it to show who sits on a crisis team, which stakeholders feed into it, and how information flows. Box labels, title and colours can be edited, and boxes can be moved or removed to match your own organisation.
