Porter's Five Forces Horizontal Fan Blade Layout

About this template

This Porter's Five Forces slide places Competitive Rivalry in a central ring and spreads the other four forces as fan-shaped blades, two on each side, each in its own color. The blades are Buyer, New Entry, Supplier and Substitution, and each holds a dash list of factors to assess. A text block under the diagram explains the framework and how the forces affect industry profitability. Use it to analyse competition, compare market attractiveness or present a strategy review. All text, colors and shapes can be edited, so the factor lists can be replaced with your own industry data.
