Porter's Five Forces with 5 Hanging Hexagon Cards

About this template

This Porter's Five Forces slide arranges the five forces as hexagon cards hanging from a horizontal band, with neighboring cards at alternating heights. Each force has a colored dot on the band, a dotted connector, and a card with a marker and a list of factors. The forces are New Entry, Competitive Rivalry, Supplier, Buyer and Substitution. An intro paragraph under the title explains the framework. Use it to assess competition in an industry, compare market attractiveness or present strategy findings. Text, colors and shapes can all be edited, so you can replace the sample factors with your own findings.
