Possible Stakeholder of a Project

This slide sorts project stakeholders into two labelled panels, internal (company) and external (surroundings), instead of showing one combined list. Each panel has a colored header and a two-column bullet list, with eight to nine entries per column. An introductory text block under the title explains stakeholder theory and the resource-based and market-based views. Use it to identify who is affected by a project, open a stakeholder analysis, or support a stakeholder mapping workshop. The title, intro paragraphs, panel headings and every list entry are editable text, and the list items can be replaced with the stakeholders of your own project.
