Product Overview Step 1

About this template

This slide arranges eight colored circles in two rows of four, each sitting inside a larger pale ring, with an icon and a label in every circle. The sample labels cover the problem statement, project description, goal and objectives, assumptions, scope, inclusions, exclusions and critical success factors. It suits product launch kickoffs, project briefs and charters where a team needs to define the basics of a project on one page. The circle colors alternate between orange, purple, slate blue and olive. Titles, labels, icons and colors can be edited, so the circles can be renamed for other topics that need eight parallel points.
