This slide combines a four-lobe clover diagram with a bulleted list, so each project KPI area has its question and its objectives on one page. The lobes are Financial, Process, Execution and Customer, each marked with a small letter circle (F, P, E, C) and a guiding question. On the right, three objectives are listed under each heading. Use it for project performance reviews, KPI selection workshops and stakeholder status updates.
